Owner and practitioner, Diane M Chase, LAc, is a Licensed Acupuncturist and NCCAOM Board-Certified practitioner with over 10 years of acupuncture experience and 23 years as a Registered Nurse. Blending medical expertise with holistic therapies, Diane specializes in cosmetic and neuromuscular acupuncture and microneedling to support natural beauty, skin rejuvenation, and overall wellness.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and are committed to providing individualized, unrushed care. To respect both our clients and our schedule, we kindly ask that you review the following policy: Appointment Cancellations We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% charge of the scheduled service. No-Show Appointments A no-show is defined as missing an appointment without any notice. No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Card on File A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment. Applicable cancellation or no-show fees will be charged to the card on file. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to accommodate the schedule. Full service fees still apply, as the reserved time cannot be extended. Emergencies We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. Please contact us as soon as possible, and exceptions may be made at our discretion.
